2. Services Provided
Wholesale & Logistics
Kikapu Grocery facilitates the sale and distribution of fresh produce and dry goods within the Republic of Kenya. Our operations span wholesale bulk supply and individual retail fulfillments, leveraging a network of vetted logistics partners to ensure "Farm-to-Door" freshness.
3. Account Registration
Credential Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your sole legal responsibility.
Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your professional account.
4. Orders & Prices
All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES). While we strive for 100% inventory accuracy, stock availability is subject to seasonal changes and logistics.
5. Payments
We accept M-Pesa, major credit cards, and direct bank transfers. All transactions undergo a secure verification process before fulfillment.
6. Delivery & Risk
24-Hour Inspection Rule
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery at the specified location. Customers must inspect all produce upon receipt. Discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
8. Prohibited Activities
Fraudulent activities, platform disruption, or providing false business credentials will result in immediate termination.
9. Limitation of Liability
Liability is strictly limited to the purchase value of the goods in question. Kikapu Grocery is not liable for indirect losses.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the Laws of Kenya. In case of disputes, we favor amicable negotiation before proceeding to mediation or local arbitration.
